Scott W. Berneburg, DPM

Dr. Scott Berneburg, originally from Pittsburgh, PA, moved to West Virginia in 1997 and founded the Beckley Foot & Ankle Clinic. Shortly after completing his surgical residency, Dr. Berneburg was recruited to southern West Virginia to provide quality foot and ankle care services. He founded the Beckley Foot & Ankle Clinic practice in 1997 and eventually opened additional hospital-based practice sites at Pocahontas Memorial, Summersville Memorial, and Summers County Appalachian Regional. Dr. Berneburg also served residents at the Pinecrest Hospital state facility for several years.
Dr. Berneburg, a podiatrist (foot and ankle specialist), provides medical care, both surgical and non-surgical, for many foot and ankle ailments to patients of all ages. He utilizes the latest in medical technologies to deliver such care in a competent and compassionate manner. Dr. Berneburg attained extensive education and specialized training over a 10 year period after his high school graduation. He graduated from his college and podiatry medical schools with high honors. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Geneva College in Beaver Falls, PA, received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, and finally underwent podiatric surgical residency training at Youngstown Osteopathic Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio.
